The Capital Square Development team is a tightknit group of professionals who have worked together for more than a decade. Capital Square launched its development arm in 2017, and within three years, the team began the development of four Class A, high-end multifamily properties currently under development in Richmond’s Scott’s Addition designated opportunity zone, among other projects. The Capital Square development team has nearly half a century of combined experience, and has completed more than 30 developments with 5,500 units of multifamily space in the Washington D.C. and Richmond, Virginia areas.
