DOTHAN, Ala. (Jan. 13, 2014)– Capital Square Realty Advisors, LLC announced today that an affiliate of the company has purchased a newly constructed, 45,600-square-foot Gander Mountain sporting goods store in Dothan, Ala.

Located at 5105 Montgomery Highway, the Class A building is 100 percent leased by Gander Mountain Company, the nation’s largest retail provider of hunting, fishing, camping, marine and outdoor lifestyle products and services. The property includes 229 surface parking spaces and serves a populace of nearly 150,000.
